Words are spoken, words are broken...

The wind is CRAZY. Ugh, I felt so annoyed at the wind today, why does it have to be so strong, seriously.

I felt like I had to blog but there isn't really much to say.

You know how I haven't even started work at Coles and already made myself look stupid (lol). Apparently the induction is on wednesday 2 September and not 26 August. I made the poor receptionist at Coles so confused and he had to call all these numbers...sigh, I think they regret hiring me already. To be fair, I was feeling equally lost and confused. Ah well, that means I get another week off work, no one's complaining :) Not forgetting how I never have to go back to Donut Van unless I want to. In fact, I just rejected a shift for this weekend (not intentionally, I really do have something else on). Actually you know how I was dreading work last friday night (maybe you didn't know, now you do)...well, it turned out really good. Well it usually is good when I'm in D7 anyway, but what made it better was the fact that I worked with people I knew! :) It was actually pretty enjoyable. And also today I met someone from Donut van in uni and we actually said hi to each other. Oh well, let's stop reminiscing about DV, it's getting a tad strange.

I also realise I write assignments rather slowly. It would take me about three hours to research on ONE point and write it out, so the rate at which my assignment progresses is something like 350 words per 3 hours. It's the research bit that is hard. Sometimes I get a bit confused over what I should focus on, and how I should combine and present the various bits of information from different journals. Not to mention the fact that I'm constantly getting distracted by Facebook and emails etcetc. Without those unnecessary digressions it would probably be much more efficient. Oh well.

Sigh it's so windy...and I'm going to leave my home. Let's hope it doesn't blow me away.

love, 17:53
