Your voice was the soundtrack of my summer..

Random couple kissing, Dom, Connex officers(lol)

These summer days are sweltering hot. Thank god it's 29 degrees tomorrow. 29's still burning but way better than the 37 today.

Went out "exploring" with Dom. It wasn't very adventurous we just took trains and buses. Headed to Glen, again...for someone living in the city I think I'm going to Glen way too many times. Ate at this vietnamese place where the waitress seriously reminded us of GIANG. Just the voice not the height hahaha!!! Seriously she was kinda pissed because Dominic kept changing his mind on where he wanted to sit and we took forever to order and there was some confusion about tea and water.

Then the cool outward bound began! Hopped on this random bus, 888, headed for Nunawading. Wow gee, looks like the number 8 has a great affinity with me, I just realised...bus number 888! OK i'm really not that superstitious, in fact, not superstitious at all.

Nunawading was shitass cool. Dom didn't find it cool cuz he lived near there apparently and goes there "all the time". It had this cool suburban vibe to it, you know, a little bogan...yes I understand bogan isn't exactly an appropriate word to use to describe it after all it isn't really bogan but I just feel like using that word ALRIGHT?! Anyway, yes....and me I'm like a hobo man, so I fit right in. Dom couldn't wait to leave.

Went into this quaint little secondhand book store. It was a sight to behold, books were stacked from floor to ceiling, wall to wall...just everywhere. Dom caused a couple of avalanches in there...the most major one being when he knocked over the EFTPOS machine, telephone and like a thousand books LOL. Anyway we've made a pact, we'll come to this bookstore so we can read a book each month. You get back half the value of the previous book you bought to buy a new one if you return it so that's cool.

Visited Salvos before Dom like literally dragged me to the station so we could leave.

Today was good fun again, guess I ain't really swatting flies in melbourne to kill time like how I thought I would. I love spontaneous days like this one, and yesterday as well. Oh let's all embrace the goodness of SPONTANEITY! Still no luck with my job....going to apply at the pet shop tomorrow wheee.
